Contact form. When you write to us we receive your first and last name, work email, organisation, the topic you select and your message.

Email. If you email us directly we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a pilot, demo, partnership or job discussion (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To keep the website running and secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

• Formspree, for delivering contact-form messages to our inbox.
• GitHub Pages, for hosting this website.
• Google Fonts, for serving the typefaces used on the site.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer or partner.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Maps open on Google’s own site only when you choose to follow the link.

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@syrcular.com; we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
